I was also really impressed with how Mark vets all viewers and thereafter the offers we received to ensure they are genuine and buyers will see the sale through till the end ensuring no risk of pull out. Cow&Co really monitor the sale carefully making sure it's moving along and they send an email with all the steps involved and then regularly update us (the vendors) how the sale was progressing (which actually helped us with our own purchase).
