We manage this from the Cow&Co London Hub where our most senior and specialised professionals are based to make sure that the right people are working on your property. Should you appoint us to manage your investment, our team will:
- Carry out monthly property inspections reporting findings after each visit on the current status/conditions of your buildings, grounds and services
- Provide cost savings to you via bulk purchasing on utilities, insurance and contractors
- Negotiate, renew and manage specialist maintenance contracts
- Provide a dedicated team member to deal with individual residents questions
- Assign properties when they are sold, and keep leaseholder and tenants registers up to date
- Update and maintain all relevant property records
- Manage health and safety requirements
- Provide a 24/7 emergency service team
Accounting
We also look after the financial side of your property management with our block management team at the Cow&Co London Hub and will:
- Report back to you (can agree frequency)
- Ensure transparent accountancy, maintaining accounts on your behalf
- Collection of service charges and ground rent
- Resource and agree payment timelines for suppliers
- Carry out an annual service charge budget and assessment meeting
