Having worked many years in the property industry, James saw a gap in the market to streamline processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Alongside James is his wife, Kat, and together they have created an estate agency that combines traditional services with modern processes.
Wondering about our name?
When founder and co-director James Cooley was growing up, he had a family dog with strange patches on her, that led to them calling her ‘Cow’. James and Cow did everything together when he was growing up. And in recognition of our boundless energy and being by your side through thick and thin, we named our agency after her.
